The Hummingbird Bakery is one of London’s top bakery’s and a must visit for all those in the city.

This cookbook is a collection of their very best recipes that you can find in the store, enjoy 90 different recipes ranging from cupcakes to cakes and other classic desserts such as apple pie and cookies.

The Baking Bible

Another ‘bible’ and often I don’t like to overuse that phrase but this is a cookbook all interested bakers should have.

Enjoy this cookbook for the best cakes, pies, tarts, cookies, candies, pastries, bread, and so much more. Author Rose Levy Beranbaum is a master in the kitchen and all of her recipes should be interpreted with as much passion and love as Rose intended.

Zingerman’s Bakehouse

Since 1992, Michigan’s renowned artisanal bakery, Zingerman’s Bakehouse in Ann Arbor has been serving up chewy brownies, delicious ginger snaps and world-famous coffee cake.
